hey guys,

Been using the forum for a while so thought it polite to introduce ones self.

im currently going through selection, at the stage of PJFT which im doing a retest of.

Been looking at this job for a while but went up to RAF Leeming with the AFCO and it amazed me, definately the right job and lifestyle for me.

joining as an ICT Specialist as it seems the most familiar and logical trade for me(im currently working in ICT for a web design and development company).

will re-post when i get my draft date!!

i wondered if it is possible for anyone to PM or pst information to me on the training i shall under go in phase ii of training at cosford.

i have been looking in the forums and i have even PM'd some of the other members about this but it appears a lot has changed since most took their trade training.

any recent info would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome mate,

Good luck on your application. Our trade (TG4) is a crazy place with lots banter and bias but we all mean well. Thank yourself lucky you will be a pure breed ICT Tech and not a borg like the rest of us!

P.S. Down with TG3 long live the 11s (stands back and waits for the flames!)

I'm Ex TG3 but straight following my training I went to an ICT post. TG4 still seems to be finding its feet so there should be lots of opportunities for you to get stuck in
