Oh, so it’s the Scum’s Help for Heroes appeal now???
I thought it was founded by ex-army officer Bryn Perry and his wife Emma??
Anyway the more the merrier...

Pueblos you are correct ex-army officer Bryn Perry and his wife Emma are the founders of the charities , what I should have put was that Jeremy Clarkson and his wife Francie are founding patrons as Francie's father was Col Jack Frost V.C of the 2nd BattlionPara Regt that fought at Arhnem.

Sorry totallyangrydave, not having ago at what you put, just the way the Scum has high jacked the efforts of others…

Quote’’ARMY officer Prince William last night led the nation’s fantastic response to The Sun’s Help For Heroes appeal. ‘’
Should it not read, the Sun’s appeal on behalf of the Help for Heroes charity…

Jeremy Clarkson and his wife Francie are founding patrons as Francie's father was Col Jack Frost V.C of the 2nd BattlionPara Regt that fought at Arhnem.

Off Topic I know, but did you ever see the documentary that Clarkson filmed regarding Colonel Frost a few years back. It was remarkable and he only revealed the family relationship in the last few minutes.

As for the young Prince and his involvement, I am pleased. He has an appreciation for what the troops have to put up with and can at least empathise with the guys and girls. He has a very high public profile and his involvement will arguably enable the charity to raise more funds.
