Currently OOA and have no visibility of Project Apollo. Is it working? What do we need to do to improve it? Has it given additional work to units? Has it given the Career Managers more time to perform their primary role? I am sceptical about this process as a whole but if taken to its nth degree then will we have Career Managers in the future? Why can't their role be devolved also? Have the units seen any additional manpower to take on this task? Would just like to start a debate on this issue. No hidden agenda.

Project APOLLO

Chatting with the Dep Chf Clk, it appears that it hasnt had much of a take-up here, but with all Harrier Manning co-ordinated through an on-stn manning cell, its hardly surprising.

Yet to see replacements for some personnel who left last year, let alone for a new initiative. As it stands, come June, we could potentially have 1 x SAC on the unit with all the others either gapped, OOA, on terminal leave or pregnant!

Oh how I yearn to be back at the coal face....not!

JPA reap as ye have sowed methinks.
