Renton if you are a SAC from a technical trade the On Posting 'Annual End Of Tour' SJAR given to you in Nov dated until Oct will count as your Annual report. The other report shouldn't have been raised. Your next SJAR will start on 02 Mar 09. Clarify with your PSF or Sqn Admin to get the 2nd report deleted.

Your Annual End Of Tour will not be read by a promotion board though until a board sits after Mar 09 and reads all the Annual Mar 09 SJAR's to be fair to everybody.
 
cheers for that drill instructor, that is what i thought.

however i phoned manning today (appraisal admin ) and he told me that both of my assessments had been read by the board for this promotion board??

is this right ??

it looks like i now have to have an sjar for the period of 15oct 2008 - march 2009 .

my chief has already told me that it wont be as good as my posting one!!! as i was basically acting cpl for 10 months and running a shift and now im just one of the lads!!

thats just what you need when trying to get your career going.
