Promotion Pay rise?

I've lost track over the years as I've not been promoted...DT_Xtremez_30: Do you still get a 2% rise on promotion and then onto the next highest level?

As it stands its 2% for all promotions except to Sgt which is 5%

Not sure if this will change under the NEM but I believe that upon promotion you will get your percentage rise but then mark time for the first 2 years.

I was picked up last year and after courses etc signed on 30 March! As i go in at level 5 do i mark time for 2 years or am i in before the change?

Things are never changed for our benefit

I'm led to believe the mark time comes in in Apr 16 after the pay band review later this year
