QR 607 (10) info please

Hi Goaters,

Its been a while but I have finally been given the news, I am to be discharged under QR 607 (10) not sure what para though. I am due to be given a debrief on the whole thing tomorrow but wouldn't mind knowing a little about what that means in terms of discharge.

My medical story behind the above is posted on here already would be grateful if someone could give me an insight as to what I am getting.
