Following Flt Lt Rachael Cadman in her attempt to be the first woman ever to complete the Arch to Arc (for Help for Heroes) Rachael has now left on the bike ride to Paris after completing the Channel swim last night and the run from London to Dover the previous day.

Rachael is from RAF Cranwell and would love to have more Twitter followers and support.
