  • RAF AFGHAN DIARIES: 3rd September 2007
  • SAC Paul Goodfellow´s Afghanistan diary -- Entry 128 -- Paul is shattered after only 30 minutes´ sleep thanks to the previous night´s mortar attack. Exhausted though he is, he´s back on the rifle range to help 15 Squadron RAF Regiment get their weapons systems right.

    The RAF has given Paul Goodfellow a handheld video and a small ´lipstick´ camera to create his films; he has no previous experience as a cameraman. His videos are checked in Kandahar to ensure they don´t include any sensitive data, then sent to London and posted online.
