  • RAF AFGHAN DIARIES: SPECIAL FEATURE:Station Commander visit
  • SPECIAL FEATURE: Spirits are high as the RAF Lossiemouth Station Commander arrives in Khandahar for a welfare check. Keen to get involved, he joins B-Flight on their next 24-hour patrol. As well as surveying the local area, the patrol is delivering much needed farming supplies to local villages.


    The RAF has given Paul Goodfellow a handheld video and a small ´lipstick´ camera to create his films; he has no previous experience as a cameraman. His videos are checked in Kandahar to ensure they don´t include any sensitive data, then sent to London and posted online.
