RAF Flight Sergeant admits taking videos up women's skirts at Royal Ascot

Another example of an unnecessary mention of the fact that he was in the RAF. The guy's a perve plain and simple and should be dealt with as such, there's no need for The Telegraph to bring the armed forces into disrepute. I trust his career will probably be over for allowing said newspaper the opportunity to do so.

He needs to be taken out behind a hangar somewhere and given an attitude adjustment.

Erm, they didn`t.
He did.

You're absolutely correct of course, it was his foul behaviour that brought this to light, it just appears to me that some news sources seem to make a much bigger deal of the fact that someone is a serviceman than the crime itself, although truthfully that may not be the case here just the fact that it was mentioned tends to bother me because of the above.

When a member of HM Forces does something brave off duty, the MOD ensure the world knows who the individual works for and will wheel them out in uniform for a photoshoot.

Therefore we cant really complain when a bad apple surfaces and the same press point out that he/she is a serving member.

I don't often agree with you Mutty, but this time, I'm firmly onside with your statement.

I honestly could not agree more.

I don`t even think its that, fella.
I see it as they would have reported his occupation whatever it was, whether unemployed, banker, RAF, etc.
I don`t see it as `having a pop`.

True, perhaps I'm being a tad oversensitive though in all honesty I don't know why as once I was posted to Saints I couldn't wait to get the hell out of the mob, well ok after the first year or so there. Fvckin' rat hole or at least it was in the 60's.

I'm struggling to see what the fact he's a naturist has to do with anything too!

OK so maybe it makes me a bit of a prude, but I think that folks who feel the need to strut their stuff in the buff are a little odd. Not deviant, just odd. That's just my opinion mind, but I suspect I'm not alone which is why it is mentioned in the news article.

Is this any worse than some paparazzi taking some up skirt shots and selling them to the Daily Sport? Not condoning his actions, just questioning why others haven't been hauled over the coals for doing the same thing much more publicly.

Er........

Er........

Think we are getting away from the fact that this bloke is basically a dirty old man who gets off on sneakily perving on woman from afar.

Probably never had much luck with real life woman and needs to seek gratification elsewhere.

And before you say 'he is married' etc - oh, yeah I bet that is a really loving and passionate relationship.

Or if it was - I doubt it is now! Ha ha

I would say a lot worse as the big Voyeuristic Pervert was doing it as discretely as possible - so he knew full well he was doing wrong.

The Paparazzi on the other hand when trying to get those 'Celeb' upskirt shots are quite obvious in what they are doing - so the targets in question have a chance to avoid showing the world their holiest of holes......

Sorry to disappoint me old, I was as surprised as everyone else, but it doesn't mean I would walk across the street to avoid him.
