You just know that any women that make it into join the Regt at gonna be the UK equivalent of a German shotputter....

No the standards required to join will remain equal amongst the sexes just like the fitness test standards.

It shouldn't be too difficult for females to achieve the standards required, after all the Rocks are all a bunch of women anyway.

Without wishing to sound unkind to Mister Fallon, diversity is not and never has been a strength, despite all those moronic politicians constantly spouting this mantra over and over again. Man's a dumbass.
 
1. I can't see a rush of women scrabbling for this.
2. If they leave the levels of fitness and strength the same the only females that would be able to pass would be difficult to physically tell apart from the blokes.
3. Its going to cost more unless they bunk in with the blokes incl. showers.
 
There'll probably be a few, Vim - though there's no guarantee of which team they'll bat for (not that I'm generalising) or the usual GI Jane types

Men are not generally attracted to other men...its a much lesser number that are than aren't. Men are attracted to females...even ugly ones after a bit...so what if two ugly ones were using each other as glove puppets in a section? This has to be one of the most popular w@nk fantasies for the average rock and if it happens its only going to cause trouble.

Just saying....
