Where can I found out about redress information? I understand QR1000 has been removed and that it is now a Service Complaint format. Where in a JSP is there steps and procedures for that process. Thanks for your help.
 
It's now called a Service Complaint and can be found in JSP 831. Your P1 section will be able to give you some good advice and assistance (hopefully!).
 
Go to Defence Intranet.

Click on Library - the far right tab.

Go to Highlighted Documents.

Click on JSPs.

Scroll down to JSP831.

Click on that and it will take you to the page on the Intranet that hosts the JSP 831 Redress of Individual Grievance: Service Complaints.

It's on there as a PDF file.
