chatting to a mate who is having some probs with the above. as far as i know the scenario is:

bought house overseas and lived in it while working

left overseas to come back in jul 10 - let his house

bought a house in uk jan 11

he has submitted a claim for legal fees for purchase but psf are being slow and querying saying something about 6 months to buy a house...?

admittedly dont know all details but these are what i remember, any goaters have any idea/good gen?
