Does anyone know anything about this, especially how long after you've bought a property can you claim?
 
6 months rings a bell but I think it depends how long you've had the property on the market for or something like that. Last time I claimed it, it was up to £5000, not sure if this has changed. Speak to Allowances and they'll be able to advise you. You need copies of solicitors bills, stamp duty etc.
