First of all apologies if there is a similar thread else where within this sub forum.

Im currently into my last 18 months and starting to think (or worry) about what the future now holds for myself.

Im wanting to use my resettlement package to set me up reasonably well in the logistics world upon leaving the mob in the not so distant future. What courses would people reccomend doing? Ideally id be looking for some sort of office based job as i dont think i could go back to working on a "shop floor" as such. Ive worked within logistics for a long time now and might aswell use my experience and knowledge out on civvy street.

Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated

Regards

Malcolm

Handbags at dawn and all that,

Any way my wife is an ex stacker and has got into purchasing since leaving, does a bit of stock management and all that she mentions SAP quite a bit.

She used to like SCAF and feels it's a similar world but has a lot more responsibility, for a bit less money, she's going to get her SAP training later this year, at which point she's got a very good transferable skill and a few years experience so will be looking at walking on to something better.
