Hi all! I've been for an informal chat with an AFCO and was advised that, because I've lived abroad for a couple of years, I'll need to get police reports from those countries to prove I don't have a criminal record. Could anyone advise me on how to go about this? Do I need to write to the FCO/embassies/police stations, and is there an official document I need to request?

Thanks, Finnickety
