I got retro boarded recently, the email of the result was sent to me by mistake. When I read the outcome, it was just the same, I phoned my PSF to confirm it. They said I should not of had that email and next thing the email was recalled, however I decided to print it first so I have a hard copy of the email. The retro boarding process took 10 minutes!(timings taken from emails) Is this possible or is it palmed off because it is to much hassle. This assessment had the grading changed without my knowledge, was 7 months late and had my OOA insert missing (still is missing). Due to this I submitted a service complaint, outcome so far is the grading was reinstated and the 3rd RO was forced to make comment, which cemented the 1 rank up rec but he reduced 2 rank up to yes (as he said although my report was very good it "did not rank above the other reports that received a 3rd RO", got that in writing too). The report was good enough for OC PMS to tell me it was good enough without a 3rd RO. How can these opinions differ so much. Like I have said previously, Let down again... Is there a difference between an informal service complaint and a formal service complaint?
