Hey guys and Gals.

My friend is doing a half Iron man this weekend in aid of Riders for Health: linky.

He has to do a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile cycle and then a half marathon all in one go. Over 70 miles by his own steam power.

I know he'd really appreciate any sponsorship that you could manage. Even a couple of quid would be brilliant and greatly appreciated.
