Well this couldn't have come at a better time. I've been smoking for 10 years now and said to meself recently it's time to kick the tabs and get fit. I've struggled through every fitness test since Cosford back in 2000 but was a long distance runner for my school way back when. I've tried kicking them for ages and the longest I've been is 4 months without but always ended up smoking again! As a bit of rough maths I have so far spent just over £18,000 on cigs (at todays prices) and enough is enough. I'm not overweight just damn unfit so this is my personal goal.

Now time to see the PTI's about sorting me out a fitness plan! :PDT_Xtremez_09:
