I believe it was Jeff Healey in the Patrick Swayze film Roadhouse, a very talented musician and a sad loss

You're right Pen, he performed a lot of the tracks on the Roadhouse soundtrack and also played in the house band in the bar in the film. 'Confidence Man' was probably my favourite track from the film.
A great musician, his 1988 debut album 'See the Light' was brilliant.
A great shame that he has died a very short time before his new album was due for release. I hope they go ahead and release it as a tribute.

Swayze You play pretty good for a blind boy.
Jeff Healey And I thought you'd be bigger.

Boy made the pope cry when he played guitar for him.

RIP Jeff, heaven is rockin out this week.

Never heard of him until now (not really a blues man..) but that clip was awesome.

41 is no age.
