Security Check & Counter Terrorist Check Forms

I know this is in the wrong section but I cannot post threads anywhere else so here goes...

Does everyone have to fill out one of these forms(Security Check & Counter Terrorist Check) before their interview, the guidance notes aren't very clear IMO.

Yes we do and when your in you will fill one out every 10 years (I think).
Look on the bright side, as a contractor I have to fill one out every three years DT_Xtremez_17:

Yes, i had to hand mine in at my interview, just make sure you fill everything out you should have got information on how to fill it in with another letter i know this as i filled mine out just a few months ago!!!
