I'm working in Belgrade this week and have to say what a nice place this is in terms of hospitality etc.

It has a nice Cafe culture and a high ratio of fit Women!

The destroyed buildings have been rebuilt and I walk down the street without even being concerned for my safety.

Although not a holiday hotspot, if you get sent here for work or similar you will enjoy it.

Back that one up...the most cosmo euro culture in a zone that was never European. Last time I was there there were bad things happening and holes in the wall everywere, and people, despite all this, were just great. And as you say...there are other attractions there also unexplainable...
