I've been out of the RAF for 4 months now and still have an ongoing pay dispute. It turns out the Sqn Adj has done nothing about my claim and now his understudy is running around trying to help me out the best he can. Unfortunately all my JPA history is gone despite being reassured before I left it wouldn't be a problem. As a dependant I still have access to P1, do I still have the right to put in a service complaint?

Breach of contract, small claims court, write a letter to the Stn Cdr or the Air Rank in charge of pay stuff, with your intentions and see where it goes.

You should always let internal processes have a chance before you go to court, otherwise it'll look bad on you, The threat should sort it out pretty sharpish.

Or get your MP involved. A parliamentary question tends to focus the minds of those who may have been fobbing you off - generally because the sh1t has rolled a long way before it splatters on that individual.

Would suggest your JPA record isn't 'gone,' just not immediately accessible to Unit HR anymore. JPAC should be able to access it still if asked to do so. No excuses, just hopefully a helpful hint.
