Are there any goaters that subscribe to Setanta Sports on Sky.

I want to watch a football final next month and if anyone has already got setanta, can you do a pay per view?

Cheers.

I’m not sure how you receive your Sky channel but I have Sky through cable (Virgin Media) and as I subscribe to the XL TV package, I get 4 Setanta channels free, including the footy channel.

yeah they have done pay per view in the past I have used it in the past. Its was about £8 quid a game.
you can get it for a year for £9.99 a month i think.
If you have virgin media, what Ntl used to be, you get it for nothing, which is great!!!

Not that i am advocating getting anything dodgy for free but have you tried www.asiaplate.com live streaming of most sporting events and easy to follow instructions give it a try Quality is rather good too.

I support a conference football tam and have recently subscribed to setanta because they cover the conference fairly.

It costs, ten quid as a one off joining fee, with £9.99 a month (£7.99 for online services only). There is no fixed term so you can cancel at anytime.

The only down side is that you must register your viewing card with them. I have two cards and have to swap them dependent on where I want to watch the game.
