Just been sorting out some stuff ready for my posting to Lossie, noticed that the SFA we've got is Type C which I believe is 3 bedroom? As we've only got 1 child I'm guessing we're only entitled to a Type B? As the smallest SFA at Lossie (and Elgin) is a Type C I'm a right in thinking that I should only pay for a B as, through no fault of my own, I'm in a C.

Should my SFA notification not identify this as I'm concerned that I'm going to get overcharged.

Regs are in JSP464 Pt 4 if I remember correctly. From memory when I used to help write the policy you should only be charged for a Type B.
