Morning,What is the minimum rank for a 2nd RO for JNCOs (providing there is one)? I have tried to locate a document for said item, but I can't find one.
 
Yes my 2nd RO's as a Cpl were all done by the Flt Sgt, Obviously that only works if you are in a properly manned and configured section. Currently my 1st is a Rock Flt Lt, and Second is a Rock Sqn Ldr. Both of which know nothing of my trade.
 
Slightly OT, but is there a requirement for a subject to have a commisioned RO if they express a desire for a comish in the objectives/aspirations?
 
No, you only need a commissioned officer to comment on you if you want to go for commission as a NCO cannot comment on your suitability for commissioning. I think they comment in the drop down box thingys at the end.
