And before anyone starts chucking things at me, I'll explain what I am after. Looking at M****a's spiel about SJARs on the Spec Spt website is brill, but it is a bit too technically demanding for my core customers, SOARs and Pongos. Does anyone have a 'dumbed down' version that I can adapt for over here?

Folks haven't forgotten, slightly over-run at work today. Hope to get the IT geek to sort it tomorrow, but certainly before the end of the week. HU has asked me to send him a copy for wider dist on the forum so everyone should be happy then!
