Just finished reading Slash's autobiography. Really enjoyed it. As a long time G n' R fan was great to find what happened to make the band split up. Was hesitant to buy into Velvet Revolver after Slash's Snakepit, but after getting it cheap on play.com have played Contraband to death. The two outstanding tracks for me are Slither and Fall to pieces.

Looking for a cheap Libertad now because I have heard some bad stuff about Chinese Democracy.

Any other VR fans out there?

Saw VR at Download Festival a couple of years back, very good they were too. I would say that Libertad is even better than Contraband, so well worth the investment.

It will be interesting to see who they get to replace Scott Weiland on vocals.

Just get into a band and the vocalist fuks off. He sounded pretty good too.

Libertad is a fiver on play.com so might order it later.
