In the 80's there was a girl band by the name of Bananarama. There is a modern day equivilent. Sugababes. Here is the prove

1) Both have three female members
2) Both have replaced a member. (Both bands ditched the one with the Irish background)
3) Both groups sang on Band aid. (Bananarama in 1984 and Sugababes in 2000)
4) Both did a cover of a classic song from the past for Comic relief.(Bananarama did the Beatles Help. Sugababes did Walk this way.

God I need to get out more.
