Whats an ex-Rock doing for airtanker then?
 
Eng Maitaince asstance. I along with a X MT look after the Transport, Training on Tugs,Toilet trucks,Dom Waters,De-icers ect along with any other Task i get from the Eng Department .

Hi Spike, in what year/s did you serve at Church Fenton?
 
I knew you too - Saxa Vord 88-89. I was the dashing barrier-up technician that would run around the hills trying to beat the bus down.

Sqn Ldr Peter Hunter? No fan of the Bristows aircrew as i remember!
You must have been there when "Ron" lost the sea kayaks and we published the The Unst Bastrad (of which i still have a copy).

I remember that ..... bit of quality reading material :-) I'm sure DB (one of the writers) ended up having a few one to ones with the hierarchy over the contents :-)

we did too and i think Ma'am Atkinson actually liked them - not a word was said. Felt sure we were going to be in the sh*t.
