Good afternoon everyone.
Hope you're all well!
Just to introduce myself, my name is Stoker, i'm the newest member of this here site and I'm going back to AFCO this week to fill out my application. After deciding to join the RAF quite a while ago and after a very long think about what job to do, I had initially decided on PTI, but then changed to intelligence. Then after a visit to my AFCO they kind of swayed me onto some other things (as i've heard they do after they see your qualifications).
Now, after they offered me some other jobs since I had quite a few more GCSE's than needed for intelligence,I'm (almost) sure I want to go for Weapons System Operator, preferably as a Crewman but i've heard you could be put into one of the other roles, which disappointed me a little bit but i'm sure they're all good roles in their own way. I've always fancied learning a new language anyway so if I get stuck with Linguist it won't all be bad!
Anyway, that's just a quick(ish) intro to me and my situation. Thanks for listening everyone. Take care!
Kind regards,
Stoker.
