Summarily Discipline

Hello everybody, could anyone tell me where I can find the information regarding Summarily Discipline? There was a policy letter telling you what offences could be dealt with under this summarily rule, but not where to find that information. I've looked at AP3392 vol4 without any joy! Thanks

Thanks Weebl, no, not that, read that JSP already, it's not that one, neither is it AP3392 vol 5 lft 127-130! Its rather confusing!!

Hello TBJ, what i'm referring to is the following: 20090826-P1 Policy Letter 05/09-U. I'm trying to find information out about how the offences entered in that are dealt with and what the likely punishments are. I'm not in trouble with any of that but would find perusing that information helpful! Thanks

The sentencing guide is in Chapter 14 of the JSP although it would have helped if I had provided a link to the correct volume!
