If I am not mistaken, F37A was the manual AINU sheet which was your manual inventory (please correct if I am wrong). So the question is what are you actually trying to do account for stock or account for items issued?

Check out when Non SCC will be on MJDI, not sure if it was role out 1 or 5

Its on the next release 3BC but the Air enviroment is not getting that release. We are waiting for R5 which will roll out to the Air enviroment from May 2012 ALL BEING WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the moment it's causing no end of problems.

There are 2 forms. The F37/F37a, which are primarily used by the Inventory holder to keep a record of their holdings. This should be returned to SCAF to update once in a while, and the F670 which is held in SCAF and records all the issues/returns for manual items on an inventory. The F670 is the master doc that the F37 is updated from. (God I'm a geek!)

Yes the School do still have some gathering dust in their forms store. Hopefully when MJDI R5 is released we can stop teaching it! (Unless COMPFAIL kicks in!)

MJDI already has a Non SCC feature that arrived as part of POC in 2006. But HQ Air didn't roll it out or tell anyone because of TUPE issues with the civvies at Wyton who maintained the Non SCC. HQ Air fiddled about with this at Brize while I was there last year but it appears to have all gone quiet again. The Sqn Ldr from HQ Air running this was Ian Barclay.

I spoke to the very man on Mon and he advised that a policy letter should be on the Units by the end of Jun 11. I have no idea what it says but I hope this helps in some little way.
