Thank you!

A bit more detail, too - here's an extract from their fundraising page:

"The K1 Triathlon Club are based in Akrotiri, Cyprus and host Multi Sport events all year round, with some of our athletes competing in events all over the world

This is your chance to compete in a triathlon, or other sporting event, raise some money while your at it and donate through this site. Alternatively, if you can't compete yourself, sponsor one of the K1 Team to compete in a race for you

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Big Salute will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

For starters Duncan & Julie (Team Wink) and 'BIG Mark D' have completd the Cyprus Cycle Challenge which saw them ride around Cyprus in 5 days. Then on the 24th May this year, 4 of the K1 Team: Roy 'the coach,' Bob 'the bike,' Nick 'the stretch,& Pete 'the cyborg' will be competing in IronMan Lanzarote; a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run; the toughest IronMan race on the planet!!! Due to injury ' Kev 'the fish' who was racing is now the 'plans and logs man' for the trip, saving us all a job so we can concentrate on training. Cheers Kev.

So please sponsor us now and help support the Service Charities that support Britsh Servicemen when they need it most.

Many thanks for your support."
