Anyone at the game on Saturday against Valencia?

Thought there was some good stuff despite the result, just have to see how Sven gets them to gel as a team with all the new signings.

Nah, the first game I'll be at this season will be the Fulham match at Craven Cottage in September.

As you say there was some good stuff, hit the bar twice. It was nice to see that Kasper Schmeichel got a game at last, maybe it won't be his last with Isaacson and Hart being injured.

Should be an interesting season, looks like Sven has bought some quality.

Big game tomorrow for Sven. 2 wins in a week but will the worm turn with a defeat tomorrow.
Everyone at Man City seems quite happy so far. He has brought in some quality players, anyone who watches Europena or South american football will know that. Will it last?

At the risk of having chuckie egg all over my face by 4pm tomorrow Fergo, I'm confident we can do the reds over tomorrow.
It's a changed side these days and I'm more confident than I have been in a long time that we can stem the red tide.

I'll either be celebrating in style or drowning my sorrows by tea time tomorrow..... either way it's going to be messy!

you have to back your own team i think no matter what.
i a a total neutral with english football. man untd are still a strong team even without few players they are missing. and they are proven winners. i just always wrry that a team with a lot of continental or south american playes is liabe to "chuck it" if they go behind, or if its cold!!!!!
should be a great game to watch.

I think its a well presented and valid point:PDT_Xtremez_14:

They are dirty
they are red
they are ba$tards

Come on city!!!

Your dam right not like all those namby pamby southerners that support man utd

I'll weigh in on the side of my erstwhile enemy Pie Sandwich here.....

GET IN!!!!

Let's face it, Manchester United played some very nice fancy football, and I had a very nervous 90 minutes.
At the end of the day though, (against my expectations) City's defensive mighty pair of Dunne and Richards managed to stem the tide.

United may have deserved more from the game, but I don't care.

A win is a win, and Premiership leaders we are.

I detect a distinct lack of Scumchester Utd fans mouthing off lately!!

Same here in the midlands deafening silence from the scum followers most of whom are hiding this morning.
