I think the basic theory behind it is that those Sqns/Units who are currently on ops will be manned at a certain % and will have a higher priority than the likes of the F3 or E3D that are not on Ops. In the case of Harriers, it was that every slot would be filled and the OCU would have additional personnel so that any front line shortfall could be quickly filled by a trained bod. A very sensible policy IMHO.
Now, the priority will be to man up GR4 & SH Sqns. We'd already noticed a number of gaps appearing on our Sqn manning before our impromptu return to the 'stan in April. No doubt these cuts will start again very soon now we are out of there for good(!?).
Has it?
I'd guess the answer is no. Whenever you ask a simple question you have to read between the lines to see if anyone has actually answered it!Has anyone seen this. When you look at chf clk bulletin it says see placement plan but it's not there. Is it a high level document or is it my eyesDT_Xtremez_42:?

I notice that the new manning website has a spreadsheet of ground trade posts now. Perhaps you might be able to sit down for a few hours and pick the information out of that!!! Mind you, it doesnt tell you if the posts are filled.
Off TopicShocking when you look at Sgt A Tech M and Eng Tech A overseas posts. There are 7 in total.
And 1 A tech Av Sgt......................QA in Gib:0
I had to go check that. Thats a real shocker. The list must be wrong, what about Sgt AV's on Predator in Vegas?
For your whole trade/all ranks of A Tech AV there are only 4 on the list.
Doesnt seem right does it?
