Right then - fairly simple. Woodja has been a top bod and arranged a jolly old social for the branch for the 4 Aug 07. SO WHOS COMING??.

With the way the year has been going and god knows what is round the corner regarding TG17, I reckon it's going to be one of the few chances to get everyone together in one place.

So regardless if you think football is a girls game or your Chf Clk thinks that you're all too busy (YOU ARE!) get your asses down Uxbridge and makes this one event that all will remember - young & old!
 
Would love to make it, but fly to Falkland Islands the next day. Them t0ssers in PMA have stitched me right up!!

So that'll be PSF everywhere closed on the Friday before and the Monday after for 'Staff training' then huh? Or is it being classed as team bonding? or an exped? or a top table? or a BBQ? or rationing? or stocktaking? or an excuse you haven't thought up yet? :PDT_Xtremez_05:

Going to bite (Someone has to) - bit unnecessary that. Any PSF I have ever worked in may have "closed" on the door, but will deal with urgent/compassionate jobs. Before we get the stick again, look around at other sections, how many leave early on a Friday and close in toto? Compare that to PSF, who you will invariably find open until at least 1700 on Fridays, later if the need demands.

Oooh - 1700 - so late that.
 
I'm working hard to get a team together. It's going to be a struggle, though. We have a heavy imbalance in the female:male ratio (on the girly side), so we may find only a couple of us hardened drinkers will make it. I'm not panicking yet though.
 
Bring as many girls as you like TBJ, I've always prefered them to boys! Looking forward to catching up with you on the 4th!

So you aren't coming down then TBJ. Thank Fcuk for that. In which case I may just walk the 2 minute walk across from the house then.
 
As I'm the only shiney on our unit I can't get a team together but will be there (as long as Mrs TSP gives me a pass). Uxbridge have just about scraped together a team - sending half of our staff to work in the London JSAO really wasnt a good idea (WRT the football anyway).

Last year we had 2 teams plus subs - this year we will barely have one :PDT_Xtremez_08:

Don't they qualify to play on your team? If they don't I'd have a word with whoever wrote the Admin Order :PDT_Xtremez_30:

There are enough shineys/writers/AGC in the JSAO to put together 2 or 3 teams of their own. Am pretty sure there was one London based team last year.

Hope to see more teams entered soon so the organiser can sort more info out.
 
Firstly thanks to the UXB guys/gals for taking this on.

Hopefully the mighty BWH will submit a team. Still struggling to get a team as the youngsters suffer from apathy, which is a sign of the times I afraid.
