Just seen the advert in Heat and Star Magazine which is specifically for Pers Admin. Nice to see one of our own in such a popular magazine, lets keep our fingers crossed that we can persuade folks to come and join us!! Just think, reduced OOA turnaround, less SNCO's on the gate etc!!!:PDT_Xtremez_35:
 
It was about time they did something about the trade and the lack of recruitment. It is also interesting to note that the trade is now offically one of the pinch point trades in the RAF maybe the advert will get more interested in joining into one of the dare I say it more varied but less glamourous trades.
 
The website is worth a chuckle as well. It's here. Very cheesy for us that are in, but if it gets the kids to join up, then I'm not complaining. Be as cheesy as you want if it gets more to join up.
