Could someone please be as kind,to in very basic terms,give me some idea how to get rid of Babylon and also text enhancer,both where downloaded by default and now seem be impossible to delete,and pop up again not matter what we try,the computers on IE8.

If you know the date that these irritants arrived into your PC,
then restore your machine to a date before this happened.

Go to "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools", "System Restore".

If you can't do that, or it doesn't work, then visit http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/
and join, it is free and one of the best places to get help. I had a look
in there just now about how to get rid of Babylon and there is a lot
of advice on this to help you.

To find the help, just type "Babylon" in the search window and it
will take to the area that you need.

Tried that but didnt work.....ended up restoring my laptop back to original.....
