I normally use Ernie Ball strings on my strat, so after three price increases in a year, I decided on a change.
I've just got a set of 10's Dean Markley nickel/steel. Cleaned the neck, fitted strings and a full set-up and what a difference. So much brighter/sharper etc.

They are staying in tune from the off, so I'll wait and see how long they stay that way.

I've used D'addario on all my electrics for years and recently switched to their Phosphor-Bronze acoustic strings from the Martin ones i used to use. They always sound sound good and last well and i rarely break a string.
Did try some Dean Markely Blue Steels not long ago but they felt like trying to bend aircraft control cables....
