Hi All

I know that you need two years at your substantive rank to qualify for the relevant pension level under AFPS 75 but how does this work with redundancy?

If I was to accept promotion now and then apply for redundancy in tranche two would I get my current rank pension or would it equate to my substantive rank on discharge?

Any help will be appreciated.
