What is the procedure for changing trade?

I am currently MT and 7 years into my contract of 9 years. Is there a chance that i can retrade? Or would it stand better if i played out my last 2 years and rejoined as medic if i dont get promoted??

Would have a better chance if you leave and tried to rejoin. The trade IIRC is over manned atm so remuster is out, plus you have only 2 years left and extension of service is very unlikely.

Not a hope in hell. With only 2 years to go, you cannot give a Return of Service after training of 3 years.
