Calling all super fit stackers. As some may be aware TSW do a charity event in which teams of 6 personnel compete in a forced march and shoot competition. Wont put locations and dates on here but if you do require any info get in touch with the Wing.

The event consists of each person completing 3 x 10km march with 35lbs and weapon followed by a scored shoot. Its usually a good day out with lovely nurses on hand to burst blisters and remove toe nails followed by a good beer call afterwards.

Be good to get as many supply teams as poss so come support it you may even enjoy it!

Its getting too easy without the night march element at a well known training area. That last long straight with a bloody cylume at the end never seemed to get closer. Dead funny watching 'Crommo' dragging his team of officers with him.

All the best for a great challange and even us old farts can make it providing you have still got dog for it. Just make sure no flowpack bergans or unoffical shortcuts(dodgy slammer teams, only joking)

If you really want to take part just get in contact with the Wg WO and see about putting an old boys team in.

Do you really mean OLD. Apart from Uncle BOB most of the old boys would only be giving Med Centre an oppourtunity to practise resuss skills. From the looks of some of them lately they are spending too much time in the Fat Boy aisles of TESCOs. Get down the gym you 'old salad dodgers' as being fit to fight at MOB/DOB Supply Sqns is a cake walk (pun intended) for most stable belt wearing stackers.

Not that I'm one to blow my own trumpet (wish I could) but at a recent Sqn fitness test, only 3 out of 10 participants were still running after level 5 and all of them SNCOs.:PDT_Xtremez_42:

Kids these days aint got the minerals my son!
