Well what a night !! Started off with a few in Las Palmas and then got a taxi to the holiday resort where we thought the better totty would be (for viewing purposes only !!)
Anyway after 30 minutes in a taxi the road was closed and really needing a pi$$ I paid and we all got out......used the bushes (as is normal for brits on holiday) and headed for the nearest bar area......which also happened to be the biggest gay area this side of London.......the fecking bummers were everywhere and totally open about it........was really funny because some on board were having a gay 'tash comp at the time and several had very good freddy mercury 'tashes .............they got special attention !
Anyways eventually find out the place we were heading for is another fecking taxi journey........get there, hook up with the rest of the crew and had a blast.....so if you are ever in Gran Canaria head on over to Playa de la Ingles, The Kasbar...and The Turbo Pub......
Time for a nap for me now........been up all of 90 minutes....

DT_Xtremez_34:Well.......didn't manage to get a nap as I was dragged out for a walk to the beach before we set sail at 6pm (it was now about 10:30).
Anyway saw this:

as we left the port.......anyone wanna guess where I thought about when I saw it ?
Headed for the shops and sat in the sun having a chilled beer......then a few more guys from the ship turned up and we headed to the beach where we eventually found a cafe called :

and we settled in for the afternoon........eventually left at about 17:35 and got back to the ship 17:55...plenty of time to spare !
Had a bite to eat......phoned the missus.......(had arguement as always) so then I went up on deck to cool off before heading to bed as we sailed off.........unfortunatly my plans were scuppered by one of the lads coming out saying that sailing was cancelled till 11pm.........well we all trudged back to the pub, where at about 22:30 we got news that departure was now 7am.............HAPPY DAYS !!
I called it a night quite early (midnight(ish)) but some didn't get back till 05:30......one nearly missed the boat completely.......but got back just in time.
Anyways now on our way to Santander..........God I love this job !!
