Hi,

I'm an ex-fairy doing a MSc in Management Psychology and am looking for ex-RAF (at least 15 years served) to volunteer for a 45min interview about career development, career control, promotions etc during their time in the RAF. No sensitive or operational matters will be discussed and it will be completely confidential. Time/Location at your convenience. I would prefer to carry this out face to face but I can also do telephone interviews for those further away (I'm based in Lincoln).

I'm particularly keen to get some perspective from non-technical trades, as I already have quite a few tekkie contacts.

I will give a donation to RAFA for every interview.

I have just done the interview - What a cracking guy to talk to. He listened and understood the nuances and also it was great that the banter / comments were taken in the manner in which they were meant.
I would implore all persons able to help to offer their services.

Great that you bumped this - I enjoyed the interview and if it helps others then all the better.
 
I really appreciate your time and it was an absolute pleasure talking to you. You've definitely given me lots to write about!

Many thanks for all those that participated, and ones that volunteered but were not used. I appreciate you all giving up your time, I enjoyed chatting to every one of you. Although the typing up was a PITA!
