Web page coding software

[FOMz]

Once again, I'm on the lookout for a bit of software. Mini FOMz is now running a template design empire on Habbo and is getting loads of Furni (WTF? I know. No idea what it is , buts he's getting it)

He's designing the templates in Paint , but is now looking for a program that codes the template for him. Apparently there's a way of doing it, but I'll be fooked if I know how.

Any ideas anyone?

Off Topic In no way am I hijacking this thread but I have to say I've just developed brain ache and sporadic bleeding from the eyes from reading that post...The only word I understood was 'paint' and I don't think I understood it in context...

I think furni is buying new furniture, but don’t quote me.
