Im about to become divorced and with tranche 2 on its way I have a question, is my future ex wife entitiled to any part of a redundency pay off?
I will be divorced before any out date.

If you have a financial order/settlement agreement that has been endorsed by the Court, then she's entitled to nowt. If however, you have no such agreement, your ex wife has the right to ask for further financial support.

After 20 years, having been remarried three times and served 10 years in jail for kiddy-fiddling a classful of schoolboys she can demand your b*llox in egg cups and the Court will so Order.

Try not to rely on any advice from this forum, instead speak to a lawyer, they will be able to advise. With all of the redundancies ongoing in the public sector at the moment this will not be an unusual question for them.
