The anticipated report in the next Personnel Bulletin when the 'Whole Life' or should that be 'Whore Life' development strategy is reported on should make interesting reading. I have seen no consultation on this outwith the HQ arena so THEIR views on development may come as something of a shock. Can anyone out there enlighten me on this subject?
