Have two things in with unit HR/JPA at the moment,

Food and accomodation claim since I moved out of the block in feb still not seen the money come back to me and just got acting cpl. Paperwork was in well before the pay run (month and a half ago) so not seeing that money either, its a joke(just not that funny).

Is this a difficult process and thats why its taking so long or as I am not a humble scribe just a lowly CIS O/M have I missed something???

any help would be apreciated.

p.s. are all the ex-innsworth bods off to shape then didnt it used to be cyprus and why did i end up here lol

Food & Accom charges should be pretty simple to get back just speak to your accom cell or PSF to check & see if you're still showing as in the accommodation. If it goes beyond the 3 month point though PSF need to let the JPAC know to action 'Retro Pay'.

If you're acting rank, it will generally be acting unpaid (the clues in the title!). You (your boss) will need to apply for Subs Pay too which isn't linked in any way! Again pretty simple exercise and shouldn't be any delay so long as you've completed a 21 day qualification period! Speak to PSF!

Its acting paid, and have done the qual period. have spoke to PSF/Base support/HR or whatever they want to call themselves this week. Not to helpful

its highly unlikely thats its acting paid - you will be acting unpaid, but getting subs pay, speak to your boss to see if they have put the subs pay forms in yet

Without knowing the individual details that's a pretty bold statement.

Comms_Lad, what are the circumstances of your acting rank? Have you been selected for promotion and waiting for JMLC etc., or have you been specifically told that you are Special Paid Acting Rank? Your answer will determine what should have happened and what should happen next.

the fact that he said qualifying period is a giveaway for me

acting unpaid, nailed on

I was acting unpaid in 1979 and Sgt scribbly correct, the qualifying period gets it, if I remember it was 28 days qual then a month till payday, but my memory fades so long ago, lol
