Got any examples of red tape, bureaucracy or plain old stupidity with any of the recent 'process' improvements introduced??

For example,

When arranging a removals lorry for moving MQ to MQ at new duty station, you used to just go into PSF, fill out the form, sign it and your done. Now, I have just had to go through a long winded new e-form which is supposed to make things simpler, only to be presented with a message at the end saying " Thank you for completing the online UB(Unaccompanied Baggage) form, please print this form off and fax it to us."!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF is the point in that??? How much money did that cost? paperless process my ar5e. Someone needs shot.
